Corrections and questions

A precise objection is useful. The sentence, the page and the source give me somewhere to start.
A disputed sentence
For a possible error, include the page address, quote the sentence and identify the paper or regulatory document that changes the answer. It is fine to say which part seems unclear without proving the whole case. A correction that spoils an argument I liked can still improve the account of the finding.
I will check the relevant source before revising a factual claim. Public acknowledgment of someone's help requires their agreement; sending a correction alone gives no permission to publish their name.
Symptoms, tests and prescriptions
An editorial exchange cannot assess a person's symptoms, interpret their blood tests or choose a prescription amount. Those questions require the treating clinician, and preparation or storage questions require the dispensing pharmacist. There is no treatment service behind this contact page.
The dosage article, safety discussion and reference list may locate the research behind a question. They cannot account for an individual's health history.
